Creating, implementing, and managing the execution of CRM promotions, including management of segments, setting up on-site and off-site promos, and other activities such as tournaments, lifecycles and more with a focus on automation

QA the full bonus journey to prevent mistakes and errors
Setup Bonuses, promotions, and tournaments on the back office
Prepare and coordinate info pages and communication journeys, ensuring all journeys owned are delivering as expected
Work with the campaign analyst to provide useful insights about campaign performance and provide relevant feedback and fine-tuning proposals
Assisting in producing and delivering campaign briefs and plans.
Coordinate plan and request the delivery of promotional content, banners, newsletter, and other promotional material using a task management tool
Help maintain and implement a Multi-Geo promotional calendar
Perform market researches when needed to ensure that retention plans are best suited to the local market and find new campaign opportunities
