Provide technical support to company employees on various issues related to computer hardware, software, and network.
Set up and configure computer systems, software, and peripheral devices for new employees.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users, either in person, over the phone, or remotely.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and network infrastructure.
Assist in the management of user accounts and access permissions.
Create and update technical documentation.
Assist with IT projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

Previous experience or educational background in IT or a related field.
Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
High level of professionalism and reliability.
