About the job Senior Compliance ExecutiveOn Behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Senior compliance Executive, who is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards. Oversees compliance risk assessments, implements compliance programs, and liaises with regulators to safeguard the companys integrity and reputation.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.Develop, update, and communicate compliance policies and procedures.Deliver staff compliance training and promote a compliance culture.Conduct audits, risk assessments, and investigate breaches.Prepare reports for management and regulators.Act as point of contact with regulatory bodies and auditors.Identify process improvements and best practices.RequirementsBachelors in Law, Business, Finance, or related field (Masters or legal qualification preferred).3+ years experience in compliance, risk, legal, or audit roles.Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, excellent communication skills, integrity, and attention to detail.Relevant certifications (e.g., ICA, CAMS, CRCM) desirable.
