Join a team of professionals as a Senior Compliance Executive within a leading financial services company. As a Senior Compliance Executive, you will oversee the development and implementation of compliance programs, monitor their effectiveness, and advise the management on compliance matters. You will conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and develop corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues. The role also involves providing reports on a regular basis to keep the senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts. The right candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, excellent knowledge of local and EU legislation in this area, and excellent written and verbal English and Maltese skills.
