Junior Finance Officer

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and accounting entries.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and management accounts.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Support audit preparation and liaise with internal stakeholders.
• Assist with general finance administration and documentation.
• Contribute to improving financial processes and efficiencies.

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently studying).
• Previous experience in a finance or accounting role will be considered an asset.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English.
