- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and accounting entries.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and management accounts.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Support audit preparation and liaise with internal stakeholders.
- Assist with general finance administration and documentation.
- Contribute to improving financial processes and efficiencies.
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently studying).
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role will be considered an asset.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
