Through constant innovation, the iGaming Platform Team strives to maintain its competitive edge through state-of-the-art technology, providing clients with an unparalleled experience at any given time.Purpose of the role:You will take ownership of engagement initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring timely, relevant, and high-quality communications throughout the entire lifecycle of the audience.Key responsibilities:

Managing 2-3 ongoing engagement projects at the same time, keeping everything on track and well organized

Creating and improving multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, in-app) usingSetting up and maintaining initiatives that encourage long-term engagementWorking closely with technical and product teams to make sure campaigns are set up correctly and work as expectedCarefully testing and reviewing campaigns before they go live to avoid mistakes and ensure a smooth user experienceTracking results, learning what works, and suggesting practical improvementsCollaborating with copywriters, designers, and content teams to deliver clear, consistent, and high-quality messagingMaking sure every campaign meets internal standards and feels thoughtful rather than automatedRequired Experience:

2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention-focused roles

A good understanding of how users move through a product and what keeps them engaged over timeHands-on experience with (or similar tools)Someone detail-oriented who enjoys testing, fixing, and improving thingsComfortable working with HTML-based emailsEnglish level B1 or higherMain Advantages
