Position Type ManagementJOB SUMMARYThe successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of the daily pastry operations throughout all the hotel outlets and banqueting. S/he needs to exhibit innovation and creativeness, be an on the job performer, and is able to delegate, train and lead fellow chefs in the preparation of high quality pastry dishes, efficiently and consistently.As the leader of the section, s/he will be responsible for guiding and developing direct reports, as well as set standards and proper SOPs. In addition s/he will be striving to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction, whilst maintaining the operating budget.CANDIDATE PROFILE
- In performing this role, candidates must have a minimum of three years’ work experience in a similar role.
- A background in a 5 star environment will be considered an asset
