- Assist in food preparation and basic cooking under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods, ensuring effi ciency and consistency.
- Follow recipes, portion control, and plating standards as directed by the Head Chef.
- Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
- Help with stock rotation, deliveries, and mise en place preparation.
- Show willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen environment.
- Some prior experience in a professional kitchen or culinary training is preferred.
- A genuine passion for cooking and learning new techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy and team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and time management.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and enthusiasm for hospitality.
- Good command of English; other languages are a plus.
