- Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing meals for factory employees.
- Prepare mise en place by washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring ingredients.
- Follow company recipes to ensure consistent food quality.
- Help prepare large quantities of food according to daily production needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Ensure all utensils, equipment, and surfaces are properly sanitized.
- Assist with receiving, checking, and storing food deliveries.
- Ensure food is stored, handled, and thawed according to food safety standards.
- Monitor food temperatures using approved thermometers.
- Help portion and serve food according to company standards.
- Minimize food waste and follow portion control guidelines.
- Follow health and safety regulations within the factory kitchen.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Work in different kitchen sections to gain experience and develop skills.
- Support the kitchen team during busy meal service periods.
- Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and clean uniform standards.
- Attend company training sessions related to food safety and cooking skills.
