With a multidisciplinary team and a client-focused approach, they assist both startups and established entities in navigating complex legal and financial frameworks.They are looking for a detail oriented Corporate Services Administrator to support their Corporate and Legal team with company administration, immigration support, compliance, and registry filings, providing hands on administrative assistance, preparing and submitting documentation, liaising with authorities, and supporting clients within a fast paced CSP environment.Location: Hybrid - MsidaResponsibilities:As a Corporate Services Administrator, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Supporting global mobility processes, including residence permit applications and related ongoing compliance requirementsAssisting with company incorporations, including the preparation and submission of documentation to the Malta Business RegistrySupporting corporate changes, statutory filings, and ad hoc submissions to the Malta Business RegistryAssisting with the preparation, maintenance, and updating of statutory and internal corporate registersProviding general administrative and corporate support as required by the teamRequirements:An A Level standard of education or equivalentPrevious experience within the corporate services sector is considered an advantageAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills in both English and MalteseHighly organised, detail focused, and able to manage deadlines efficientlyWhat’s in it for you?Our client offers an exciting, challenging role in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
