- Managing a portfolio of clients and handling all requested related to their companies and day to day management
- Assisting with MBR filings and company incorporations
- Onboarding of clients and maintaining of due diligence files
- Regulatory filings
- Maintaining company registers and statutory files.
- Closely communicating with MBR and authorities
- Attending, taking minutes and preparing for board meetings and client meetings
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Corporate Administration, in a similar industry such as Legal or CSPs
- Knowledge of Corporate industry regulations and standards
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Excellent communications skills in both English and Maltese
- Pro-active and organized with a keen eye for detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of residency programs in Malta and application process will be considered as an asset
- Knowledge of payroll administration and social security documentation will be considered an as an asset
