
Loan Officer – Swedish Speaker

- Review loan applications and make approval/decline decisions in line with company policies, risk standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Engage proactively with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate products
- Promote relevant products and services, identifying upselling opportunities to increase approvals and revenue
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely communication to customers regarding loan decisions, application status, and next steps
- Handle complex customer concerns professionally, ensuring positive outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Maintain high-quality customer service through every interaction
- Ensure compliance with internal risk frameworks and external regulations
- Log and update detailed records of loan applications, customer interactions, and outcomes in company systems
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong customer service mindset with a collaborative, team-player attitude
- Prior experience in lending, banking, or customer support is a plus but not essential
- Comfortable using multiple systems and digital platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to resolve issues on the first contact
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
