One of Malta’s leading advisor firms is looking for a Senior Corporate Executive. In this role, the selected candidate will play a fundamental role in supporting the teams’ operations by managing a portfolio of clients and mentoring the more junior members of the team.This is a hybrid role offering a salary up to €40K depending on experience.Role & ResponsibilitiesManage and build strong relationships with a portfolio of clientsMaintain and create company registersEfficiently handle client requests in relation to their companies, providing well-rounded adviceTake ownership of the preparation and submission of statutory filingsLiaise with internal departments and external service providers, including lawyers, accountants, and auditors, to deliver a seamless corporate serviceCollect and verify due diligence to ensure all clients are compliant and legitimateAttend corporate client meetings, participate in strategic discussions, and keep accurate minutesOversee and support junior team membersEducation, Skills & Experience3+ years of experience in a similar roleFluency in Maltese at a native level (non-negotiable)Fluency in English at a C2/native level, both written and spokenExcellent understanding of Maltese company lawProven ability to manage multiple tasks independently and use initiativeClient-centric with a commitment to providing first-class service to clients from diverse backgroundsStrong communication skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent multitasking skills with a keen eye for detailAbout this RoleSalary up to €40K depending on experienceHybrid working 3 days from the office and 2 days from homePrivate Health InsuranceWell-being allowanceApply with your detailed CV.*JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
