We are seeking to recruit a Maintenance Person. Position is on a full time contract basis.Key Responsibilities: Assessing the repair or maintenance needs of clients Completing minor electrical repairs and installations Performing plumbing maintenance such as fixing leaky faucets Conducting routine maintenance and inspections Painting interior and exterior surfaces Assembling furniture or equipment Ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the work site Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service Maintaining a record of completed work Ordering supplies and materials as needed Extremely organized with good communication skills Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipmentProfilesIf multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.PROFILE 1LanguageReadingSpeakingUnderstandingWritingENGLISHISCED Level: Upper secondary education - Level (3)Competencies

Inform client on damage to furniture and appliances and if possible make repairs
Replace windows or repair cracks and dents
Repair or replace handles, glass, rails of doors and windows
Detect faulty parts and replace them as part of repair and maintenance works
Organise, plan and follow-up precautionary or corrective maintenance works
Assemble parts of electrical or electronic product (components, wiring)
