Complete all emergency repairs in properties as assigned by the Projects & Facilities Manager or Property AdministratorComplete all emergency repairs in properties as assigned by the Projects & Facilities Manager or Property Administrator Perform preventative maintenance in properties as assigned by the Projects & Facilities Manager or Property Administrator. Perform minor electrical installations and repairs. Candidate must have a good working knowledge of electrical installations and be able to work in a safe manner. Possession of wireman licence “A” would be considered an asset.ProfilesCompetencies

Inform client on damage to furniture and appliances and if possible make repairs
Replace windows or repair cracks and dents
Repair or replace handles, glass, rails of doors and windows
Detect faulty parts and replace them as part of repair and maintenance works
Organise, plan and follow-up precautionary or corrective maintenance works
Carry out basic maintenance of appliances
