- Act as a strategic partner to managers, supporting effective people decisions
- Drive a high-performance culture and positive employee experience
- Support key HR areas including employee relations, performance management, engagement, and recruitment
- Provide strategic HR guidance aligned with business needs
- Act as the main contact for employee relations, managing grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflicts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews
- Support managers in addressing performance and driving continuous feedback
- Monitor KPIs and follow up with stakeholders
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Analyse feedback (surveys, exit interviews) and identify improvement areas
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and advise on market trends
- Support workforce planning and organizational development
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and performance management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and a proactive mindset
- Degree in HR or related field (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years' HR experience
