Our client, a well established Logistics Company, is looking for a Projects Executive to join their growing team.Your responsibilities will include:

Maintain regular communication with key clients to understand their daily and weekly shipping requirements.
Provide accurate and relevant advice to both prospective and existing customers regarding tailored solutions.
Create and present quotes and contractual agreements.
Offer ongoing operational support.
Document and report all activities and developments.
Conduct client visits and deliver professional presentations to potential and current customers.
Generate sales by building and nurturing relationships with new prospects and existing clients.
Ensure all operations comply with established timelines and contractual obligations.
Oversee the efficient and accurate execution of services provided by trucking companies, international agents, and other partners.
Take a proactive stance in addressing both sales and operational challenges.

Requirements

Experience in logistics locally is a must
Clean driving license
Willing to work extra hours as required from time to time
Able to work on own initiative with attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Excellent level of English
