- Resolve hardware, software, and network issues across all company offices
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical alerts, escalating complex problems when necessary
- Install and update operating systems and hardware to ensure optimal performance
- Manage user accounts and access rights in line with security protocols
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of hardware, software licenses, and peripherals
- Provide user guidance and training to improve proficiency with new systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours critical support
- Perform additional duties as required by business needs
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, computer science or equivalent
- Certifications like Comp TIA A+, MCITP or similar are considered an asset
- Preferably 1 year experience in technical support
- Expertise in hardware, OS, and network troubleshooting
- Possession of B driver's license
- Understand networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and hardware troubleshooting
- Maintain a valid Category B driver's license for off-site support
- Have at least one year of technical support experience in an enterprise environment
- Install and update software, OS, and hardware components like RAM and drives
- Diagnose and resolve issues with computers, printers, and peripheral devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies within Windows environments
- Perform basic MSSQL queries as an additional technical asset
