- Process all reservation requests received via phone, email, online booking channels, and travel agents.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain bookings on Opera software.
- Confirm reservations and send booking details or confirmations to guests and agents.
- Support the Head of Reservations in monitoring room availability, overbookings, and forecasting occupancy.
- Handle amendments, cancellations, and special requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain guest and company profiles in the system with up-to-date information.
- Assist in preparing daily and weekly reservations reports for management.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures regarding reservation standards and data accuracy.
- Promote upselling of rooms, packages, and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Provide professional support to the reservations team and assist with training when required.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with a professional attitude and service-oriented mindset.
- Hospitality qualification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in hotel reservations, front office, or customer service preferred.
- Proficiency in Opera and MS Office is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
