We are looking for Front Desk Representatives to help with administrative and customer service tasks, such as assisting customers face-to-face and over the phone and providing support with queries or complaints.Candidates will be assigned to on-site locations across Malta's North, Central, and South regions. This position is based on 40 hours per week and rostered between Monday and Saturday.Responsibilities

This position calls for a responsible and diligent candidate to join our highly motivated and professional team of Front Desk and Contact Centre personnel, who share the same passion for work.
Selected candidates will be scheduled to work from locations close to their residences.
You will be offered an incentive allowance plus an attractive performance bonus over and above your annual salary.
Training will be provided and delivered during office hours and selected candidates will receive on-the-job exposure sessions.

Requirements

Excellent computer skills, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate.
Fluency in both Maltese and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. If candidates only speak one of these languages they will not be considered.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
A can-do attitude and the ability to work on their initiative with limited supervision.
The role requires availability in the mornings.
