This role includes but is not limited to the provision of Bartender services to guests, in accordance with Outlet standard Operating ProceduresDuties include: • Order taking and serving of drinks. • Maintain a climate of friendly cooperation and customer satisfaction. • Ensure knowledge on menu items for both food and beverages items including but not limited to allergies, side dishes and specialties of the day. • Promote positive social media reviews such Trip Advisor, Google and Instagram. • Avoids wastage of products and ancillary amenities offered to guestsProfilesCompetencies

Clean tables/bar/counter. Clean and maintain bar and serving room utensils
Wash/rinse glasses
Decorate rooms and bar - put them in order
Prepare drinks and serve to customers at the counter/bar, in their room or on the terrace
Receive payment for refreshments
