Inventory Executive

• Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch, while ensuring all stock movements are accurately recorded in the ERP/MRP system (GRNs, stock counts, batch tracking, etc.).
• Plan and control raw and packaging material requirements to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
• Monitor material usage, shelf-life, returns, and write-offs to support accurate inventory reporting.
• Ensure full compliance with company procedures, Health & Safety standards, and general housekeeping requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Finance, Purchasing, and external suppliers to guarantee smooth operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop stores staff by assigning tasks, managing performance, promoting multi-skilling, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as supervisor in the absence of the Stores/Procurement Manager, reporting stock risks and operational issues to management as needed.

• A relevant qualification at MQF Level 5/6 in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in inventory or stores management.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
