Our client, a provider of financial services to the international business sector, serving a diverse international client portfolio, is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in corporate and/or tax law, along with strong English communication skills. This is a great opportunity for those who want to build their network and grow their career.This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to €55K, plus a comprehensive benefits package.Role & ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with all aspects of corporate governance and administration, including submissions to the Registrar of CompaniesDraft and review legal and corporate documents, resolutions, Powers of Attorney, various agreements, and civil contractsSupport matters related to immigration law and compliance proceduresCommunicate with clients, professional advisors, and regulatory authoritiesAssist clients with company incorporation, maintenance, structuring, and restructuringConduct legal research on various points of law and provide consolidated legal opinionsEducation, Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in LawLocal warrant is not required but would be considered an advantage2+ years of local (Maltese) experience in corporate law, international taxation, or bothExcellent English communication skills at C2/native level, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plusProficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressureAbout the RoleSalary up to €55K with regular appraisalsHybrid with flexible hours (three days in the office and two days remotely)Breakfast, coffee, and fruit at the officeHealth Insurance and Health & Wellness AllowanceFree ParkingOpportunities for career growthApply with your detailed CV.*JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
