You will communicate with customers via phone, chat and email, helping them with account questions and resolving issues.The role is full-time and involves rotating shifts. Standard shifts are 8 hours per day. There is also a night shift option from 22:00 to 08:00 with 10-hour shifts, working on a 4-days-on, 3-days-off rotation.
