- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to Italian-speaking customers regarding IT products and services.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat efficiently and professionally.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to escalate complex problems and contribute to continuous product improvement.
- Stay informed about the latest IT developments and company products to provide up-to-date support.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in technical support, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude related to IT systems, software, and hardware.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and remote support software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
