Our client, a worldwide leader in residency and citizenship solutions, is currently looking for a Property Management Associate to join their team. In this role, you will be reporting to the Real Estate Team Manager, contributing to the frontline team by providing an exceptional client experience while focusing on property management services connected to property sales and leasing.This is a reduced-hours (35 hours) office-based role offering a salary of up to €25K, plus bonus and benefits.Role & ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for clientsStay up to date with knowledge of the Maltese property marketObtain timelines and requirements from visiting clients, and coordinate with local service providers for property managementArrange property inspections and inventories to ensure all properties meet client standards, and support clients with arrivals and any property issues during their stayManage maintenance with landlords or contractors according to property agreements, and source services and properties to match client requirementsUnderstand property management requirements and tailor solutions that offer great value, while communicating with key stakeholders by phone, email, and mail to ensure quality serviceProvide a reliable and flexible serviceManage lease terminations, utility reconciliations, and internet installations from start to finishKeep client files up to date and issue invoices for renewed agreements accurately and in a timely mannerEducation, Skills & ExperienceMinimum of A-level educationFluency in English and Maltese, both written and spoken1–2 years of experience in property management or a similar roleClient relationship or client-facing experience in customer serviceExperience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clientsComfortable working independently and within a teamProficiency with MS 365 applicationsValid driving license and knowledge of Maltese roads and towns is a mustBasic knowledge of local property structures such as water and electricity systemsAbout the RoleSalary of up to €25K plus annual performance bonusProperty management bonusOffice based in St Julian’sOpportunities for career growthApply with your detailed CV in English.*JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
