Supporting the sales team with file preparation, collecting or chasing customers for missing documents Registering, filtering and following up on leads especially those originating from campaigns Supporting the sales team to follow up on quotes Booking test-drives and delivery appointments for customers Calling customers with status updates of their vehicle (in transit, arrived, installing accessories) Updating scorecard with daily sales Updating the reserved stock report Supporting in the run of flex customer surveys Extracting list of flex customers who are in their 2.5 year term, so that the sales team will provide them a better deal for them to shift vehicle on expiry of the 3 year flex term Opening of accounts Hosting, if required Extracting stock list and communicating with customer about stock availability, during enquiry Acting as reference point and following up with internal departments such as PDI and body shop to support the sales team to deliver the vehicle on time
