Client Care Specialist

• Handle sales enquiries via phone, email, and social media, and follow up on leads from campaigns.
• Support sales team with quotes, documentation, test drives, deliveries, and vehicle status updates.
• Maintain stock and customer records, including reserved stock, used cars, and flex customer lists.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery and smooth operations.
• Assist marketing and call center with content, surveys, and aftersales support.
• Perform account openings, host customers, attend training, and carry out other assigned duties.

• Experience in a customer facing position Maltese and English
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications as well as IT proficient
