- Serve as the principle administrative contact to the NPFO;
- Manage calendars, appointments and travel arrangements;
- Answer calls and reply to e-mails with appropriate discretion around the topics being discussed;
- Coordinate events, including conferences and seminars;
- Create and maintain accurate records;
- Coordinate recruitment and/or promotion processes;
- Compile expense reports and review documents;
- Prepare reports, agendas and take meeting minutes;
- Lead projects across the business under the direction of the NPFO;
- Ensure business goals are met in a timely manner.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills with attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and team playing skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Ability to apply discretion around business sensitive topics;
- Ability to work under own initiative, independently, as well as within a team;
- Good command of the English language, written and spoken.
- Be highly motivated with a high level of attention to detail.
- Willing to travel on duty if/when required.
