- Providing administrative support to the Retail Operations team, including data entry, document management and correspondence.
- Coordinating schedules, appointments and meetings for the team.
- Assisting in preparing reports, presentations and other operational materials.
- Handling inquiries and communications from retail stores and liaising between stores and the operations team.
- Maintaining and updating inventory records and other retail-related databases.
- Supporting the planning and execution of weekend events, promotions, or operational projects as needed.
- Performing other administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth functioning of retail operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role; experience in retail is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
