- Deliver day-to-day administrative support to the Retail Operations team, including maintaining records, managing documentation, and processing information accurately.
- Organise and manage calendars, meetings, and appointments to ensure smooth coordination across the team.
- Prepare and compile operational reports, presentations, and supporting materials as required.
- Respond to queries from retail stores and act as a liaison between store teams and central operations.
- Monitor, update, and maintain inventory data and other operational databases.
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of retail initiatives, events, and promotions, including those scheduled on weekends.
- Carry out general administrative tasks to support the effective running of retail operations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy working environment.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including availability for weekend support when needed.
- Reliable, adaptable, and capable of managing changing operational demands.
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Previous exposure to the retail sector is considered an advantage.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, alongside other standard office systems.
