- Assist in the preparation of reports, data analysis, and market research.
- Handle incoming customer calls, enter orders, and provide assistance with customer requests.
- Liaise with the distribution team to follow up on customer orders and delivery status.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support, including document formatting, workflow organisation, and management of office supplies.
- Support sales representatives through telesales when required.
- Liaise with exports and duty-free departments on orders and related documentation.
- Follow a daily sales route and contact customers accordingly.
- Carry out any other duties as may be reasonably required.
- Minimum O/A Level standard of education and/or MCAST Certificate in Administration or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple aspects of sales administration.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with customers and internal teams.
- Good clerical, computing, and data entry skills.
