Are you a native Greek speaker with a proven track record in affiliate marketing within the Greek iGaming industry? Betsson Group is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to drive growth and performance in Greece, one of our exciting regulated markets. If you’re commercially minded, data-driven, and deeply familiar with the local affiliate landscape, we want to hear from you. Your RoleAs a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will take full ownership of affiliate partnerships and performance in the Greek market. Your focus will be on developing strong relationships with affiliate partners, executing locally relevant strategies, and ensuring all activity complies with Greek regulatory requirements. You’ll play a key role in growing the Betsson brand’s presence and player base in the region. Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow affiliate partnerships with a focus on Greece.
Ensure all affiliate activity complies with Greek gambling regulations and advertising standards.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance to optimise ROI and traffic quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local affiliates and networks.
Design and implement localised promotional strategies and content for Greek audiences.
Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Legal to align initiatives.
Identify and onboard new affiliate partners with growth potential in Greece.
Represent Betsson Group at relevant industry events and conferences.
Support and mentor junior team members where relevant.

What We’re Looking For

Native-level fluency in Greek (spoken and written) is essential.
Experience working in the Greek iGaming market is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within regulated markets.
Strong knowledge of Greek advertising laws and online gambling compliance.
Excellent analytical and performance optimisation skills.
Strong relationship management and communication abilities.
Fluent in English.
Proactive, organised, and results-oriented.
