  • Put telephone calls through to clients
  • Register reservations and allocate occupation of rooms, apartments, bungalows...
  • Collect clients' remarks on quality of reception, equipment, personnel
  • Inform customer about organization services and reservation procedure
  • Register follow-up data of activities (reservation/cancellation/sales...). Draft daily statistics reports (occupancy/average price...)
  • Answer customers' questions during their stay
  • Welcome customers on their arrival. Deal with administrative formalities of their stay
