A motivated person to form part of a dynamic team while being responsible for a caseload and delivering therapeutic programs to persons afflicted by addiction.The OASI Foundation is looking for a person to form part of its dynamic team. This person will be responsible for supporting Immediate Intervention and delivering our Therapeutic Program for treatment of persons suffering addiction. This motivated individual should be able to work on their own initiative, while at the same time be part of a team. This person would be using their experience and knowledge to help create strategies for achieving the long-term goals of the organization. Key Responsibilities/ Objectives: • Guiding, motivating and supporting clients in therapy phases on residential and community-based modalities • Manage a caseload • Providing individual planned therapy and care • Giving talks and running group sessions - monitoring and conducting Individual and group activities. • Working through a multidisciplinary therapy team • Support the family members towards a better understanding in the therapy process • Participate and contribute in meetings, on-going training and seminars • Participate in Professional Supervision offered by an external Supervisor • Contribute to the Social Awareness strategies and programs of the Organization. Qualifications: Applicants should ideally possess a recognized university degree or equivalent at MQF Level 6 in a Social Science or be in process of finalizing such qualification.   • Draw up social guidance plan jointly with person/family involved and follow it through (monitor)
  • Follow-up administration, fill in documents, pass on data to the relevant service/department
  • Identify/examine difficulties (education, motivation, surroundings...). Refer person to experts, organisations, sources of information....
  • Identify customer/employer needs/expectations (recruitment, management, training...). Determine cooperation modes
  • Provide information about training on offer (folders, brochures, catalogues...)
  • Present individual files to the team and specialised services
  • Inform person on social assistance with options/administrative steps. Refer to competent authorities/doctor/social assistance/inclusion networks...
  • Coordinate team activities
  • Analyse jobs or job profiles and make recommendations about selection or training
  • Manage collective actions in field of prevention and health education (food, addiction, sexuality...)
  • Direct informative workshops for educational or careers guidance
  • Advise or coach persons in conflict situations
  • Develop/lead socio-educational info sessions (budget control, consumption...) or thematic workshops (cooking, DIY...)
  • Draw up and start action plans. Evaluate results
  • Draw up application dossiers for social assistance and follow up the administration
  • Take up persons, assess situation and inform them on rights; assist persons where required
  • Keep information on regulations and possibilities of social assistance up to date. Create network of partners
  • Organise training with workers in social sector (domestic aid, social and family care...)
  • Prepare and organise information sessions about job market
  • Draw up and direct collective actions concerning training, employment, compensation...
  • Take care of people in need, victims... on phone and offer to listen to their story
  • Advise and make target group aware of social topics
  • Assist in solving conflicts via mediation
