- Project Management and Collaboration: Manage migrations with the development team using Agile methodology and act as the main point of contact with stakeholders.
- Technical Implementation and SEO-Driven Development: Systematically migrate existing websites onto the Olympus platform, while addressing any new features on the platform. Ensure that the migration prioritises and aligns with the technical SEO strategies of the sites, emphasising SEO importance and impact throughout the process.
- Process Standardization and Issue Resolution: Standardise the migration process so each dependency knows what they need to deliver and by when to keep the migrations moving at a good pace. Prioritise any bug reportings so migrations can progress without delays.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure that the solutions delivered are of high quality and meet the intended requirements effectively.
- Development Team Leadership: Lead and manage the development team, fostering an environment of innovation and accountability.
- Strategic Planning and Stakeholder Alignment: Create a roadmap for migrations, prioritising tasks through stakeholder collaboration.
- Transparent Communication: Communicate updates and blockers effectively to relevant stakeholders throughout the migration process.
- Stakeholder Education and Process Optimization: Educate stakeholders on best practices to ensure accurate requirements, facilitating smooth migration execution.
- Financial Classification Oversight: Responsible for accurately classifying development expenditures.
- Development Cost Management: Oversee migration team development costs, ensuring each migration delivers value commensurate with the investment in development time.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, particularly in migrating WordPress systems or SaaS products, with a suggested minimum of 3 years in the industry.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and their impact on web-based platforms.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating teams and engaging stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practical knowledge in managing projects within these frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
