We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Hotel Room Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel rooms to ensure a comfortable and welcoming stay for our guests.Responsibilities:- Clean and tidy hotel rooms according to established standards and procedures
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and décor
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries and coffee/tea
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Assist with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional mannerRequirements:- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and standards
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
