Compensation: Base salary🔎 Responsibilities:🖥️ Review user-generated content like classified ads and marketplace listings
📧 Respond to customer inquiries via email and ensure clarity on marketplace guidelines
📚 Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with content policies and moderation trends
📈 Provide insights and feedback to help optimize content rules and user experience
🛡️ Evaluate flagged content and enforce compliance with internal policies
🔁 Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent quality and support✅ Requirements:
🇩🇪 Native or fluent in German (C2) with strong communication skills
🇬🇧 Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
💼 Previous experience in content moderation, customer care, or digital business is a plus
🧠 Detail-oriented and able to make quick, informed decisions
🧑💻 Computer savvy – familiar with Microsoft Office and online platforms
📍 Must be based in Malta or willing to relocate
