Senior Accounts Executive

• Manage the whole accounts payable processes, including payments, invoicing, credit control and follow-up of overdue payments;
• Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information;
• Reconcile supplier statements and manage any discrepancies;
• Assist in the submission of VAT returns;
• Provide financial reports and periodic analysis of accounts for different stakeholders;
• Participate in meetings with various departments, management and executives;
• Prepare and provide regular cash flow forecasts and reports to Managements;
• Assisting with the Auditing Process
• Application for payments

• Excellent communication skills and Interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Knowledge of Microsoft Navision and/or Business Central will be considered an asset)
• Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
• An A Level qualification in Accounts, an AAT qualification, or possession of a number of ACCA exams, or related
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role
