This is a new role, and the selected candidate will report to the Financial Controller, manage internal/external communications, assist with reconciliations, record maintenance, prepare financial reports, execute payment runs, and ensure smooth office operations. If you have an Advanced Diploma in Accounting or ACCA (Level F4 is a must), then send your application for this Senior Accounts Executive Malta based role today!MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOverseeing the posting of all invoices and payments in a timely manner.Handling bank transfers.Invoicing of 3rd party rentals as per agreements.Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.Assisting in the preparation of the general ledger accounts, including the monitoring, and reconciling of balance sheet items.Updating ledgers, researching, and resolving discrepancies.Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.Replying to vendors, clients, and internal requests.Assist with year-end audit requests.
