Managing diverse application server configurations, addressing issues, and overseeing troubleshooting.
Overseeing the completion of end-of-day processes for applications.
Handling the creation and review of user profiles for applications.
Coordinating deployments of applications and mobile apps with suppliers, participating in testing, supporting rollouts, addressing recurring issues, providing end-user support, prioritizing multiple cases, documenting setups and procedures, undergoing required staff training, managing server failovers, and supporting the Infrastructure Team during specified out-of-office hours.

Experience

At least 2 year of experience in a similar role
Knowledgeable in SQL
Experience in basic Testing
Previous experience with Ticket Management systems is essential.

Salary / Remuneration: 30,000- 33,000
