Senior Audit Associate

• Manage a diverse client portfolio, maintaining clear communication and providing regular updates to senior management;
• Supervise and guide junior team members, supporting their professional growth and fostering a collaborative team environment;
• Leverage feedback and self-assessment to strengthen capabilities and address development areas;
• Built and sustain strong client relationships by tailoring communication styles to establish trust and credibility;
• Enhance both personal and team expertise by keeping up to date with auditing standards, methodologies, and best practices;
• Monitor local and national business and economic developments to assess potential impacts on client operations.

• Near completion of ACCA/ACA or an equivalent recognized Accounting qualification;
• A minimum of 5 years of external audit experience;
• Have thorough knowledge of GAPSME, IFRS, and IASs in audit engagements;
• Proven experience in external audit planning, risk assessment, control identification, and testing is required;
• Experience in conducting internal audits will be considered an asset.

• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, ensuring clarity in reporting and collaboration;
• Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while working closely with teams.
