The Payroll Executive will join a professional and supportive team, managing the end-to-end payroll function for a varied client base. This role offers the opportunity to work with both corporate entities and private clients across multiple industries, providing a rewarding and challenging environment for someone seeking to expand their payroll expertise.Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Management: Oversee the complete payroll cycle for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and submit statutory forms, including FSS, engagement and termination forms, and SCC forms, within required deadlines.
- Client Support: Respond to payroll-related queries from clients, providing clear guidance and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
- Process Administration: Maintain precise payroll records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in the Payroll Team to deliver exceptional service and meet agreed service levels.
- Education: Minimum A’ Level standard of education.
- Experience: Previous experience in a payroll role, ideally within a corporate services or professional services environment.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to convey complex payroll matters clearly.
- Interpersonal Skills: Professional and approachable manner, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook.
- Organisation: Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
