- Accurately post invoices in a timely manner to ensure up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare account reconciliations and assist with resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Handle bank-related tasks, including the preparation of payments and addressing queries.
- Organise and file documentation systematically to support effective record-keeping.
- Prepare reports and assist in account analysis to support the finance function.
- Liaise professionally with customers, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Perform general accounting duties and support the department as required.
- Enter and process financial data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Holds a minimum O Level qualification in Accounts; further studies in accounting will be considered an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Displays a proactive and collaborative attitude, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible and able to work effectively within a team environment.
