
Junior Accounts Clerk

- Maintain and update financial records for different teams.
- Process invoices, purchase orders and payments with accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare regular financial reports.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements.
- Work with internal teams to ensure correct allocation of expenses and revenues.
- Support the finance function with audits and compliance checks.
- Handle petty cash transactions and staff reimbursements.
- Ensure all financial transactions follow company policies and accounting standards
- At least 2 years of experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar finance role.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong communication skills when liaising with colleagues across departments.
