FWA is seeking to employ Ticketing/Sales Staff which is well educated, highly driven and possess a strong passion for sales to work at one of our museums in Valletta.The duties and responsibilities are, but not limited: • To serve customers in the most professional manner; • To replenish the shop on a daily basis, and as the need arises; • To replace sick colleagues and others on vacation leave; • To handle and man the cash point and reconcile the cash register Experience in the field is not a must, however, the below will be considered an asset: • A pleasant customer oriented approach; • Ideally but not necessarily be fluent in both Maltese and English; • Willing to work feast days and also weekends • Basic computer skills. Additionally the ideal candidate should be self-motivated organised and people focused, have a customer centric personality and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Remove or deactivate theft protection from articles
Collect customers' remarks (reception, price, waiting period...) and pass them on to the right person (cashier...)
Check cash register at the beginning of the working day. Count contents of cash register at closing time
Receive payments
Receive goods. Keep tally
