Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Team Leader with a strong background in BI development and proven leadership experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering business intelligence solutions, leading a team of BI professionals, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure high-impact data-driven insights.Location: Ta' Xbiex - On siteResponsibilities:As a Business Intelligence Team Leader, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Design and develop BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and visualisations using tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and SSIS.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into clear BI deliverables.
Lead and mentor the BI team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Manage and optimise databases and data warehouse environments using MS SQL and MySQL.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BI tools, reports, and data integrity.
Support ongoing improvement of internal BI processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in BI development with strong proficiency in Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, MS SQL, and MySQL.

Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to write and optimise complex queries.
Experience with data modelling, ETL development, and database design.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing or mentoring a team.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
