- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into clear BI deliverables.
- Lead and mentor the BI team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Manage and optimise databases and data warehouse environments using MS SQL and MySQL.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BI tools, reports, and data integrity.
- Support ongoing improvement of internal BI processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to write and optimise complex queries.
- Experience with data modelling, ETL development, and database design.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing or mentoring a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
