- Oversee the coordination of air, ocean, and road shipments for both imports and exports
- Prepare competitive quotations and follow up with clients accordingly
- Handle and process all relevant operational documentation
- Issue invoices once files are completed and closed
- Track and monitor shipments in transit to ensure timely delivery
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding shipment status
- Support team operations by covering for colleagues during leave or sick days
- Compile monthly shipment invoices by the 3rd of the following month and forward them to the client for reconciliation
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and sensitively with stakeholders
